CORDIALS

Fruit cordials are a traditional way of preserving seasonal fruits so the taste can be enjoyed throughout the year.

Tree Top cordials are produced by hand from homegrown and locally sourced fruit.

To make our cordials, handpicked fruits are gently steamed and the juice is mixed with a little sugar and natural flavourings (organic fresh ginger, vanilla bean pods, cinnamon, cloves, lemon) and then gently pasteurised to preserve the drink.
